Connect Champions

Supporting Connect Scotland at Springboard and the Investment Conference as a Connect Champion offers you the chance to become associated with this exciting annual event that is synonymous with prestige, credibility and excellence in technology and high growth investment.

We are seeking committed individuals to act as ambassadors for Connect Scotland as Connect Champions for the forthcoming events being held at the George Hotel, Edinburgh in November 2010. The main objective of the role is to recruit, select and prepare robust investment opportunities that will pitch for investment at the Investment Conference in November. The role of the Connect Champion will involve:

• Reviewing applications forms
• Attending pitching meetings
• Assessment & Selection of pitching companies
• Company Mentoring

YOUR COMMITMENT

Your level of participation as a Connect Champion will depend on your ability to participate in the Pitching and Selection Panel Meetings and also the time commitment you are able to make to mentoring and support. However, you must be able to commit to the equivalent of 4 – 5 days between September and November for panel meetings mentoring and support.
